And after years of trying to make the mainstream tools work, we gave up on them. Too much of our precious time went into fighting Crayon and its peers — a time suck of redundant, manual curation that got us nowhere near the decisions that actually mattered. So we inverted the model: let the AI do the reading, ranking, and drafting, and give the team back the hours.
